Dennis Kirk graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. Mr. Kirk maintains his License in Social Work (LSW). He pursued graduate studies at Ohio University where he earned a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration. While attending the University of Dayton, School of Law, Denny earned CALI awards for Criminal Trial Practice and Law Practice Management.

Denny serves as Vice-President of the Highland County Bar Association. Denny is the President of the Highland County Historical Society Board helping to further preserve the history of Highland County. Denny is a part the HighCo, Inc. board which assists adults with developmental disabilities gain employment through sheltered workshop services and day habilitation. Denny is also a member of the Habitat for Humanity, Highland County board which partners with families in need to build and renovate decent, affordable housing. Denny serves as an attorney on the Highland County Law Library board. Mr. Kirk is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
